See the Music City during CMA Fest. There’s nothing like it anywhere. All the Country Artist plan their schedules to be in Nashville to perform for their fans. Besides all the activities going on during CMA we will also do some touring of the Hermitage (Andrew Jackson’s home) Jack Daniels Distillery, Tony’s Local Food Tour stopping at award winning BBQ, Hamburgers, Hot Chicken, Chocolate and some authentic Gelato.
San Francisco Airport
3 Hours Before Flight Time
After arriving from San Francisco you will check into your hotel and then take to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Tonight we go to the oldest live music radio production in the world, The Grand Ole Opry.
Today is a special day as I get to take you on a tour of our Fantastic City. You will get to see the State Capital, Bicentennial Mall, The Parthenon, Music Row and while we are driving to these sites we will also get to sample some of what I think is Nashville’s Best eateries. After the tour get some rest in your hotel before heading back to all the festivities.
Today kicks off the start of the CMA Festival. Here is where you get a lot of free time on your own. I recommend heading to downtown Nashville for some Star Gazing. Get your autographs or just enjoy the free entertainment downtown.
After you’ve slept in from the long day prior, we head to Tennessee’s Famous Whiskey Distillery, Jack Daniels. We will also have a sit down family style lunch at Mary Bobo’s, in Lynchburg. Following lunch we head to George Dickel Distillery and then back to Music City.
Unfortunately all things must come to an end. CMA Fest closes with some Prime time entertainment at Titan Stadium.
Be sure to set your alarm as you don’t want to miss your flight home. Hopefully you’ve had the time of your life and will want to tell all your friends that Nashville is truly the place to visit.
